INGREDIENTS

Flour
5g
Instant Yeast
12 slices
Cooked Turkey
450g
Water
1 small wheel
Brie

Red Onion
4 Tbsp's
Basil & Kale Pesto

Olive Oil
METHOD
Step 1
Add the flour and yeast to a mixing bowl with the water and stir. Cover with cling film and leave for an hour.
Step 2
Then add the olive oil and salt and knead a little. Then let it rest for 3o minutes.
Step 3
Knead again for 5 minutes folding the dough into its self. Cover and let it rise for another hour.
Step 4
Cover the baking tray in olive oil and throw in the dough. cover with a towel and let it sit for 30 minutes to allow it to form its shape.
Step 5
cover in salt and olive oil, run your fingers through it and then bake in the oven for 30 minutes on 230C.
Step 6
let it rest and slice up all of your ingredients.
Step 7
Assemble your sandwiches and enjoy with a beer!
