INGREDIENTS
1Tbsp
Basil & Kale Pesto
1
Goats Cheese
2
Slices of Ciabatta
1 Punnet
Wild Mushrooms
1 glass
White wine
METHOD
Step 1
Roughly chop up your mushrooms and fry on a high heat with a little oil. Season well
Step 2
After a few minutes pour in your wine and let it reduce.
Step 3
Once it has mostly evaporated stir in your pesto.
Step 4
Slice and toast your ciabatta with splash of oil and on a griddle pan if you have one.
Step 5
Serve on a plate with crumbled goats cheese, warm ciabatta and your fried mushrooms.
Step 6
Get stuck in.
