INGREDIENTS

Chicken Leg

Instant Noodles

Handful

Beansprouts

2 tbsp's

Soy Sauce

3 tbsp's

Thai Basil & Sesame Pesto

METHOD

Step 1

Remove the leg from the thigh.

Step 2

Marinande the chicken in a bowl with the soy sauce.

Step 3

Add the chicken to a pan of boiling water with 2 tbsp’s of pesto.

Step 4

Cook for 8 minutes.

Step 5

Meanwhile, fry your beansprouts in a splash of oil.

Step 6

remove the chicken from the pan and pull from the bone.

Step 7

Pour away half of the cooking water and add another tbsp of pesto to it.

Step 8

add a tbsp of flour to 100ml of water and stir until smooth.

Step 9

heat your remaining cooking water whilst gradually pouring in your slurry and stirring until thickened.

Step 10

meanwhile cook your noodles for 3 minutes.

Step 11

season your sauce with soy to taste.

Step 12

combine the noodles, chicken into your sauce.

Step 13

Serve with the beansprouts on top.
