Giant Couscous

Buffalo mozzarella

Basil & Kale Pesto

METHOD

Step 1

Boil your Couscous for 4minutes.

Step 2

Once cooked, drain and run under cold water to stop it from cooking and sticking together.

Step 3

Roughly chop your veg and cheese.

Step 4

Mix everything in a bowl with the pesto.

Step 5

Season well and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
