1 x Roll of puff pastry

1 x Pack of prosciutto

2 x Tablespoons of Green pesto

450 grams of Sausage meat

Egg wash

Roll out your puff pastry so it is about half a cm thick and then layer over your ham evenly.

Mix the sausage meat in with the pesto and then spread in a tube shape through the middle of the ham.

Egg wash the side of the pastry you are not going to roll and then pull over the opposite side, over the sausage meat to close it shut.

Run your hands long the sausage meat packing it down tightly.

I like the excess bit of pastry next to the sausage meat but if you want to trim it then you can.

Use a sharp knife to cut it into 8 even pieces.

Wipe the knife each time you cut, it will leave you with a cleaner end product.

Bake in a preheated oven for 35mins on 200c. Enjoy guys.
