INGREDIENTS

mozzarella

tablespoons of mayonnaise

tablespoon of Green pesto
1
tablespoon of Spicy red pesto
1
tomato
leftover cooked chicken

white wraps
METHOD
Step 1
Slice up your mozzarella and tomato.
Step 2
Pull your chicken and separate into two separate bowls.
Step 3
Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise to each bowl and a tablespoon of green pesto to one and red pesto to the other.
Step 4
Mix well.
Step 5
Make one cut with a knife to your wrap by cutting down from the middle to the edge.
Step 6
Assemble your wrap by putting a different filling on each water of the wrap.
Step 7
Fold up your wrap so it looks like a big layered triangle.
Step 8
Fry in a knob of butter in a pan on a low heat and place each wrap into the pan. Fry on both sides to melt the cheese and also seal it shut.
Step 9
TIPS: Fry it on a low heat, let it take its time, you want the filling to go soft and warm so it’s essential in order to do this. YOU HAVE TO USE BOTH PESTOS
