1 x Tub of Cream cheese

6 x slices of Prosciutto

3 x tablespoons of Green pesto

Handful of rocket

2 x Beef Tomato

Olive oil to taste

Take your cream cheese out of the fridge about 30mins before to soften.

Spread the cheese on a round so it is in a circular shape about half an inch thick.

Add a nice thick layer of pesto on top of the cheese.

Slice your tomatoes thin and layer them onto the cheese from outside to in.

Tear and Crumple your prosciutto and place it on the tomatoes whilst leaving a hole in the centre.

Squeeze some rocket into a ball and place into the middle of the plate.

Finish with cracked black pepper and olive oil to taste. Enjoy guys!
